Shipping origin
All orders are shipped directly from our logistics warehouse located at Carrer Mare de Déu de Covadonga, 80, Sant Adrià de Besòs, 08930 Barcelona, Spain, with no cross-border transit, ensuring faster delivery times.
Processing time
- Orders are processed, packed, and handed over to the carrier within 1–2 business days after order confirmation (business days exclude Spanish public holidays).
- During promotional campaigns, extreme weather conditions, or other exceptional circumstances, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you promptly via email or SMS.
